A look into the RSM650 showcasing the healthy rockwork, corals and fish. This system had previously been improperly maintained and neglected for over a year before our company took over. We pride ourselves in caring for this this now healthy and flourishing reef system, and keeping all of our clients’ tanks this way is our number one priority.

Custom African Cichlid Habitat
This African Cichlid aquarium was custom built and designed to match the sleek and modern design of this Dallas home. Stocked mostly with fish from Lake Malawi, they keep the space looking lively and colorful.
Soft Reef Community
This 85 gallon community reef features an assortment of soft and LPS type corals, mimicking a natural shallow reef with a variety of reef fish from around the world. Brains, zoanthids, goniopora, euphyllia and leathers take up most of the rockscape, while mushrooms and other larger brain corals are growing near the sandy substrate bottom of the aquarium. Our expert designers planned this aquarium with the intention of easy maintenance and hardy organisms, making this reef habitat one of our most popular package options.
150 Gallon Fish Only
This “fish only” saltwater aquarium (sometimes called “FOWLR” tanks for “Fish Only With Live Rock”), is home to a variety of large and predator fish species. The aquascape is comprised only of live rock and sand. No coral or invertebrates are present in this aquarium as they would not be compatible with some of the predatory fish which inhabit it. Some of the fish species include a magnificent foxface, naso tang, ocellaris clownfish, and a large pufferfish.
Mixed Reef Built-In
This 250 gallon built-in reef tank features a custom stand and hood to flow with the interior of this Copper Canyon home. It sits next to an elegantly designed stone wall in the home’s living room and creates a calm and soothing atmosphere throughout the space. The tank’s inhabitants range from Indonesian triggerfish and Banggai cardinalfish to flowing and colorful euphyllia coral. Shrimp, crabs and snails can also be found within the intricate rockwork of the aquarium along with various other species of stony corals.
120 Gallon Mixed Reef
This mixed reef system features a shallow-style aquascape with Fiji rock and a mix of LPS and soft corals. Some of the notable pieces include an elegance coral, a frogspawn colony, large toadstool leather, and a colony of green hairy mushrooms. The fish inhabiting this reef are a variety of wrasse species, a True Percula clownfish, and a beautiful purple tang.
This 85 gallon freshwater habitat features a large school of neon and cardinal tetras and a pair of powder blue gouramis. The aquascape is comprised mainly of Malaysian driftwood with seiryu stone along the bottom. The substrate is a dark sandy foundation that compliments the natural look of various Central and South American habitats. Freshwater aquariums like this one are extremely popular among both beginners and experts, and here at The Reef Outlet we are no different. This tank sits proudly in our showroom at our location in Lewisville, TX.
Conference Room Mockup
This custom in-wall build was designed for a local corporate conference room. The aquarium’s primary focus is to bring natural serenity into an otherwise static environment. The live plants give the room a fresh and invigorating atmosphere while the schooling tropical fish bring life and motion to the room. Natural stone and sandy substrate throughout the aquarium provide elements of depth and nature which complement the wood tones throughout the space. This mockup was created by one of our design professionals to give the client an idea of what is possible in their space.
